more than 1100 unique downloads for My Nextbus

with more than 800 active users.
not too bad for a simple dedicated browser to check your bus schedule on Nextbus.com

  :)

Toronto Safe Dining not so many users (around 60 people, with 30 active), probably because of regional nature to Toronto, Ontario.
Anyway, it will still be supported for a while, as new data is flowing in every other week.

Later!

My Nextbus has so many bugs (luckily I catch most of them)

https://market.android.com/details?id=com.blogspot.msandroid.mynextbus

if you live in one of the city/state: Los Angeles, Toronto, New York, San Fransisco, Guelph, Maryland, New Jersey; why don't you try it out?
Complete list can be found here:
http://news.nextbus.com/find-your-nextbus/select-your-nextbus-powered-transit-system/

it's working, but it has bugs.
but much better now, with:
  1. improved usability
  2. removed detail map load (on second screen - to save bandwidth)
  3. quicker load (on second screen)
  4. removed non-working bookmark link (thank you for the feedback)
  5. auto-kill when screen is off
  6. auto-kill when back button is pressed
  7. fixes bug on back button
People, if you're using it: please share with your friends/family and give some rating/comments/feedback.

Thank you and have a nice day.

My Nextbus is published!!

First App as promised.
Published for Free on Android Market - no Ads for now.  :)

https://market.android.com/details?id=com.blogspot.msandroid.mynextbus

Don't expect too much from the apps, it basically a web browser that's going directly to Nextbus.com
But hey... it's not like I'm making any profit other than personal education on Android programming and GPS + Web interface on Android ecosystem.

(Warning: this app uses GPS and Internet data connection).

What do I do next?

Well, it's my first blog site.
I'm going to use this site to publish my Android apps.
The target is: one simple app per month, will be published at Android Market for free.

:)
